RETURN POLICY

Sorry, NO RETURNS. Exchange only if product is damaged.  Dolly Dames LLC has high standards on its products, packaging, and delivery.  In the event that there is damage due to postal service delivery, you may make an exchange for the same product in return. You will be mailed postage for the damaged item(s). *If item is sold out, management will work with you regarding issue. (Many items are limited quantities.  They go fast, and may sell out quickly).  Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and with original package with all parts included.

YOU MUST email Dana FIRST at customer service at, dana@dollydames.com within 7 days of receipt of purchase, to inform that item was damaged at time of arrival.  Dolly Dames will then issue you a return authorization number to you via email, then you will receive return postage to your email.  **Then, securely pack your merchandise, and mail it back with postage provided.  Please send damaged item along with your name, ship to address, phone number, and authorization number to address that is emailed to you.

SHIPPING

Dolly Dames ships within the United States only at this time. (International coming soon) Products are shipped via USPS. 

Estimated delivery time for all produces is: 3-14 business days. Processing days included.  Excludes weekends and USPS Federal Holidays.  **Please allow closer to 14 days for dolls, since each doll is made upon order.  Thank you.
