RETURN POLICY

Sorry, NO RETURNS. Exchange only if product is damaged.  Dolly Dames Inc. has high standards on its products, packaging, and delivery.  In the event that there is damage due to postal service delivery, you may make an exchange for the same product in return. You will be mailed postage for the damaged item(s). *If item is sold out, customer service will email you immediately, and you can exchange it for an item with equal price value.  (Many items are limited quantities.  They go fast, and may sell out quickly).  Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and with original package with all parts included.

You must email Exstasie FIRST at customer service at, exstasie@dollydames.com within 7 days of receipt of purchase, to inform that item was damaged at time of arrival.  Dolly Dames will then issue you a return authorization number to you via email, then return postage will be mailed to you.  **Then, securely pack your merchandise, and mail it back with postage provided.  Please send damaged item along with your name, ship to address, phone  number, and authorization number to:

SHIPPING

Dolly Dames ships within the United States only at this time. (International coming soon) Products are shipped via USPS. 

**USPS Flat Rate is $6.00.   Estimated delivery time: 2-6 business days which includes one day for processing.  Excludes weekends and USPS Fedreal Holidays.  **Please allow 3 additional days for handmade dolls, since each doll is made upon order.
